Limitation of Liability

All materials on this site, except property information and photos, (as well as the organization and layout of the site) are owned and copyrighted by Beach Vacation Rentals by Owner.com and may be accessed, downloaded or printed for your personal non-commercial use only. Without the prior written permission of Beach Vacation Rentals by Owner.com or its suppliers, you may not copy, distribute or transfer any material on this site, except for property information and photos, for in whole or in part.

Changes to Site

Beach Vacation Rentals by Owner.com and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. Membership Cancellation Policy
Beach Vacation Rentals by Owner.com listings run on an annual basis. Due to the fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad, adding photos, submitting to search engines, etc) Beach Vacation Rentals by Owner.com  is unable to offer a full refund on cancelled memberships.

Property Off the Market
If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the Beach Vacation Rentals by Owner.com listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your Beach Vacation Rentals by Owner.com listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).

Spamming Policy
